BSc(Psych), BPsychSc(Honours), PhD (Clinical Psych)

Taking the first step to reach out for support can feel like a big leap and I want you to know that you're not alone in this. I’m here to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered on your mental health journey, whether you're dealing with stress, navigating difficult emotions, or wanting to explore past trauma experiences.

I am clinically trained to provide therapy and assessment for individuals of all ages who are facing a range of mental health challenges. I have had the privilege of working across various settings, from early childhood intervention centres to non-profit organisations and mental health inpatient care. This has given me a deep understanding of how our unique backgrounds, life experiences, and environments shape who we are, and how we can grow and heal.

Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all experience. We are all shaped by different stories, values, and ways of understanding the world. I strive to honour that in our work together by creating a space that is respectful, culturally responsive, and inclusive. For those who wish to integrate their faith into the therapeutic process, I offer a sensitive and collaborative approach that acknowledges the important connection between spiritual and emotional wellbeing. Together, we will explore your struggles, discover your strengths, and find practical ways to improve your wellbeing. I take a warm, compassionate approach to therapy, creating a space where you feel heard, grounded, and ready to take on new challenges with confidence.

I’m passionate about supporting young adults, parents, neurodivergent adults, and those navigating trauma recovery. I also enjoy working with couples and have completed Level 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, a research-based approach that helps couples communicate more effectively, manage conflict in healthier ways, and deepen their emotional bond. Whether you're navigating a rough patch or just want to rekindle your connection and create a healthier dynamic, I love to work with you in a safe and non-judgemental space where you can thrive.

I understand that seeking mental health support can be a vulnerable experience and appreciate your decision to take this first step to be in touch with me.
